Hi there!

My name is heidi & I’m a portrait photographer living in NorCal.

On an average day, you’ll find me photographing & retouching images for HUGE international clients like EJ Gallo, Oracle & GoPro! That work is usually confidential AND private, so I don’t post it here! {Though, you’ve very likely seen my work in the world!}  I book up quickly (though – my time is my own ;)). So please, contact me as early as possible to book a photo session! I love getting back to my portrait roots – so I’m always flexible when it comes to booking portrait sessions!

I am a native Californian; but, I left a long time ago, & pursued both my BS and MFA in photography. I’ve been an award-winning professional photographer around the country {and yup, even the world; on land & at sea!} for over 15 years.

If you’re looking to book a session with me – I’m in GRASS VALLEY, CA. I am willing to travel anywhere in the world for a photo shoot, but I do have a travel charge for any place over 30 miles from Grass Valley.

You can expect a photo session with me to be fun AND comfortable. It’s my job to make you look and feel your best in front of the camera! Bra straps, hair tie “bracelets” and food in your teeth? Awkward poses & forced smiles? Not on my watch!

My photo style? Just explore my blog! I tend to stick to classic & clean, natural light photography … fussy photo trends go in and out of style. 80’s laser-light school photos anyone? Yikes.

I take photos that will last a lifetime.

After our photo session, I showcase your best images in a private web gallery for selection & showing off!

Let’s meet up! Thanks for visiting my site!
